Link Unit low CPC and low CTR. Smart pricing

At least for my case, I thought as people need to click twice for link unit, they should have higher CPC, it is not the case, and is is much lower than ad unit. So low CTR, low CPC, I am thinking it is dragging my all Adsesne account according to smart pricing... Should I remove it? Thanks

 

You're right, due to the both clicks needed it should be way higher. Anyway, don't give up mate!
