Link to Torrents site = bad neighbourhood ??

Hi,

Someone wants to buy a link on my site, for his site which is torents' site. If i link to him... will this be bad neibourghood ?

i think it's ok,for it's very easy to get a backlink from a nice website now,such as a backlink from yahoo,or DP.

 

did you understand my question ??? how can you compare a torrents site with yahoo and DP ???

 

It's difficult to say. Much it depends of his site content, but if it is warez like site, I wouldn't take a risk...

Do one thing. Look for some links for other sites that have been linked. Then do a research on the linking site. It might give you some idea.

 

The site asking me for a a link seems very serious, from my point of view. But the problem here is Google's point of view

I can provide the URL of the torrents' site... if somebody want to take a look at it, and tell me if it would be bad neighbourhood ?

 

If you are doing SEO on your site then I would say no Dont risk you Site
If you then I can think of earning some big dollars
