Please take a look at Customized PHP Ajax Calendar

Check the links at the bottom.

Is it good to have mutliple keywords pointing to same URL - same outbound links on different keywords..

Is it good or bad ?

In my opinion Google doesn't care about footer links nowadays.
Strong internal linking is a good idea, but incontent links are recommended ;)

your footer links are OK like that. G. won't do any problem.

Google doesn't recognize footer, header, sidebar, etc links.
For it , they are just links.

Your diluting the value by having multiple links to one web page on the same web page. You'll get better results by having different anchor text on different web pages but only 1 per web page.

I think the links in your site's footer are ok, however, I suggest you don't use too many keywords in anchor text; especially for your backlinks.

2 or 3 keywords as link text throughout the site is probably a good way to start. Having only 1 link on a page to another page can somtimes be inconvenient for people using your site, e.g. if a link is at the top of the page and they read to the bottom, it can be convenient to have a set of links at the bottom too ather than expect them to scroll back to the top.
