Today when I looked google cache for my blog and when I switched to the text only version I found link spamming below my first post, screenshot is given below(pls check attachment) url cache:tamilqueens.com (in google) When i looked in the main index template and source code I wasnot able to find that spam link. What will be the actual problem?
Do CTRL + A on your blogs home with the focus on the page, if u see it, then go to the blog config and delete the links....
Dude, I think you still have that spam on your site. It looks like someone SQL injected your site with spammy links or commented some spammy links.
good you noticed, no verify how they got there(check server logs, check your computer, talk with your host, etc)
Just for reference, you're running an insecure version of wordpress. You need to upgrade: http://wordpress.org/development/2009/10/wordpress-2-8-5-hardening-release/ I'm betting it's your theme actually. Looking at the outputted source of site cached in google, it makes reference to a div labeled '_wp_footer". Googling for that pulls up this thread over at wp.org: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/227867/page/2 My money is on you having a theme with allows the designer to stick in their own code at a later date as mentioned in that thread. You'll also find a discussion here on the topic on how they also stick in their own adsense code via the theme: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdSense/thread?tid=6da5e1a6a33f819f&hl=en Hope this helps, -drmike
