Link sharing with similar ip hosted website

    Hi, one of our clients has hosted two of his travel websites on same ip and webhost he then exchanges links among the websites, does it work both for link building have pr 4 and 5 respectively.

    I get credit for my sites that exist on the same server. I don't know how much credit I get but the links between the sites are listed within Google.

    I think you will still get credit, but it would be a very small amount. This is very detectable and could likely result in penalties against both sites. I wouldn't do it.

    Not pretty sure, but I think you can get benefits for traffic sharing and not much for PR value.

    you can link 2 of your sites hosted on same IP without any issue as long as you are not doing massive interlinking
