    OK, here is my opinion. First off, its a reasonably good idea, but it has been done by others, and as far as I am aware, they have much bigger post counts. It is a nice domain name by the way.

    If you wish to attract members, and posters make sure all the forums have at least 20 or so topics in them (from my experience, this hits things off).

    Also, you need something unique about the design, as I have seen that design a million and one times, and a lot of webmasters will have also. Something unique needs to be injected into it. Also, I'd work on integrating the logo into the header, because at the moment, it just looks like somebody has slapped a logo right in the middle of the header, without putting any thought into it.
