Ok everyone, don't laugh at me for this one. I would love to start doing some link exchanges with some sites, but I went through and did some research on my competitors and where they're linked to.

    My only question is this.

    1. If I link to someone where I have competitors listed as well and the site owner wants a reciprocal link, how do I get around my visitors possibly following one of my pages I'm linked with and purchase it somewhere else?

Basically what I'm asking is how can I set up my site where I can include others links, so I get my site listed on their site, but at the same time, shield my visitors from finding those links on my site?

I want the links to me, but don't want my visitors find them, possibly being able to purchase the product somewhere else.

    Thanks in Advance!

    Cory

Well generally you dont want to hide your links you are doing a link exchange with because well its just not nice and the other sites webmaster will take your link off if you do that.

But I would suggest you just make a links page and have the links link in the footer of the page. But I wouldnt expect a great link location in return. You get what you give.

If you value your business that much and do not want to run the risk of a recip link possibly giving some of your business away, then I would just purchase one way links
