Linking domain age
Link age
# of outbound links on page
Content based vs link directory based
The importance of the linking page on its domain (clicks from homepage, etc)
Link popularity of linking page
Link popularity of linking domain

 

is it good co-citation
check where are inbound links coming from
does it have any edu's or gov's
title of the linking page
