Link Prices?

I'm sure this is discussed many places, and this may not be the right spot, but how do you decide the right price to pay for a link or sponsorship/advertising spot via link?

I know PR usually drives this along with traffic, but now that PR is having...um, problems...how do you estimate the right price range?

    - Are inline links more valuable than "sponsorship" or lists? (linked keywords within article or content on a site)

    - Is it worth more to be the only link on a page?

    - If a site is a PR0 still due to the missing update, do you pay based on what it "should" become or what the rest of the site has been doing traffic wise?

    - What is a good rule of thumb for paying for links?

Thanks everyone, and if this is the wrong section, let me know. I didn't want to post it in the Link Sales since I'm not actually buying or selling anything (at the moment)...

    Thanks!
    Rebecca

    It all comes on research.
If you see the DP links section for few days, you will come to know whats the right price.. But current it all depends on PR..

Its hard to decide on traffic.

I have no fear of PR0's if i see their content is good. it WILL attract the right visitors if it is good...especially now that PR is coming under the loop. i wouldnt be surprised if some (loads) of those top sites in google search results suddenly disappeared. and i wouldnt be surprised if taht happened very soon.

i concentrate on content-quality. PR0s can give you great deals and if you build up your links weekly, you'll get the results you want and keep them.

    hope i've helped.
