Link PR7 in exchnge for better serps in Google

Guys,
I will link to anyone from my pr7 site (having a number of pr7 pages and 2 pr8 pages ) in exchange for help with search engine optimization.
I'm interested in high position i Google on two keywords (easy ones) : angielski and tłumaczenia.

Is that Polish words your talking about?? Its hard to believe you can have a PR 7 or 8 and not have good serps it kind of makes you wonder how important page rank is. I guess you must have good traffic to your site? I will settle with PR5 and good Serps..Good luck I wish I could help you but still learning myself.
