    Hello team DP
I've been working hard of late developing links for my website.

    First Q

If i make one article per day, submit to five directories and make five do follow links from blogs, will this be enough to look natural.

    Second Q

I've been looking for my links on google and can't see anything coming in, the site is 3 months old, can someone advise or even check, or provide information on a tool that is accurate and free.

    My platform is www.menequip4life.com

As always, thank you team DP

    James

Submitting one article to 5 article directories is not going to cause you any harm. But it's better if you submit completely unique articles to article directories if you want to achieve better impact with your link building campaign.

O God, i see 17 BD, I dont know man this branch is hard.

I'm reminding this, submit article doesn't mean it will be grab by google!!!

Bro make your own sites and you will make sure it will bring that links.

That sounds like a good plan and should definitely look natural. Google notoriously takes a long time to update. Yahoo is a better source for link data. Just type in "link:www.yoursite.com".

    Good luck!

You can check your backlinks using any of these 29 backlink checker.

My famous checker is Yahoo Site Explorer.

As for your site, I can see 8 pages listed and indexed in google. Just type "site:www.menequip4life.com" on google. If you can't find a particular content page, submit it to digg, you will get it faster indexed on google. Also, if you have a lot of pages that have not been indexed, try to use google sitemap tool. Go to google.com/webmaster and get it done. Also, if you update your content frequently, google bot will most likely will visit your site daily. So, any new contents will get indexed quickly. If you seldom update you site, you might need to wait around 2 weeks or so to get it indexed.

It is natural, but those are all LOW quality links. Also the types of link you are building are the ones the google will immediately spot as self-linkbuilding, and if its a new site, then that fact may delay your exit from the google sandbox (a suppression factor put on some classes of new website to stop index flooding).

You need to get some natural looking links from websites, which luckily I can help you with....

If I type in site:www.menequip4life.com i get 9 pages indexed

If i type in site:menequip4life.com i get 40 pages indexed

Can someone please tell me which is correct and what exactly the difference is between the two and therefore what can i do to get all of them in the site:www.menequip4life.com entry.

    Thank you

Use a 301 redirect to change non www to www. More info at this URL:
    http://www.stepforth.com/resources/web-marketing-knowledgebase/non-www-redirect

Also in Google Webmaster Tools set your preferred display to www.

Combining the two above should fix your problem and remove the duplicate content that you now have.

I'm trying to change my preferred display name urls in google which is set at menequip4life.com and not www.

So this is good news as it's a cause of the problem, the thing now is that it won't let me change it, til i verify that own http://menequip4life.com/.
Are these pages not identical and both should already hold the code i verified for www.pagename.com

I'm a little shrugged over this

    Any sugs.
