I wrote some articles about my website, on another page. And on my main page, I linked it to that article, but the link is on the bottom of the page, will it get index? Does it matter where the link is on the page?

I dont think it matters much where the link is on the page but it does matter how much links are there on the page as well as the PR of the page. There is also one thing to note is the frequency with which the page is crawled

Links towards the top of a page, IMO, are given more weight. Your page should still get indexed though - it's common practice to link to popular pages throughout your site in a footer.

As long as it is crawlable and readable by spiders, it's still okey.

I'm sure Googlebots are great in crawling. LOL! they can crawl the whole page, you don't have to worry. it's called footer, a page footer or simply footer in typography is that material which is separated from the main body of text and appears at the bottom of a printed page.
