Hi,

I was wondering why on Google for my site it shows only three to be linking -

http://www.google.com.sg/search?hl=en&q=link:www.imagedo.com&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

While on Yahoo it shows around 3,500?

Google Webmaster tools show around 900 links :S -

That's because google doesn't show all of your backlinks on search result.
I don't know why but some suggest it's to protect your site from your competitors and others think google doesn't consider them as valid BL.

 

Yes, the best site to see your backlinks is Yahoo, dont know why google doesnt show all backlinks

I agree with axlarry but you should also remember that there are many low quality links that will be
counted by the other search engines that google will not count.
