link:mysite = 9?

    Hello,

    So, I was using www.cubestat.com's analytic tool for information about my site. www.sportsmanstube.com. I found that Google found 9 links to my site. How often do they cycle through backlinks for a website?

    I have noticed when checking link:google.com, that they themselves only have: Results 1 - 10 of about 1,540,000 linking to google.com. (0.09 seconds)

    I would think it be more than that. Also is this only counting non-robot blocked links?

    Thanks for any help with this!

    Try Yahoo Site Explorer here.. goto yahoo.com and type this in the search box:
    site:http://www.yourdomain.com and it will show you more accurate results about your website ;)

    Google wont list all backlinks
    Get into google webmaster tools and see all incoming links there! It's easy;

    try with yahoo siteexplorer they reveal more details

    but don't worry, google discount alot of inbound links if the website u submit is not relevant, for example, they don't care if u submit to directories, maybe u get some traffic, but not PR points
