Link Metro - Good or Bad?

    I would be interested to hear anybody's experience of LinkMetro.

    It seems like a good idea, but does it work?

    It's just another Link Exchange programm. Boring and not interesting (my point of vew).

    I find its a waste of effort. So far all of the link exchange offers have proposed link pages with 100+ OBL.
