Link Management Software?

    I am looking for a link management software. I'm not sure if it exists, but it wouldn't be anything hard or complicated.

    All it would need to do is accept paypal payments, login, and managing links.

    Just wondering if software like that exists, and if so, any free versions?

    WebCEO offers you ability to monitor your backlinks and agreements. For example you can check if the link is still at the page of your partner, check PR of the page, know how many outbound links your patner has exept yours, check that there is no cloaking.

    So you can find good backlinks partners and then monitor your links.
