Anyone know of an application that will let me display links like this -- http://www.directoriezsubmission.com/free-web-directories.htm -- and add any columns I need to and be able to manage all those links accordingly?

Yeah, I wanted it more targeted and I thought maybe a link service would be better than a CMS in general. I know how to post, thanks
