I'm not sure exactly how link juice will be distributed in this case but getting a backlink from a page with 200 outbound links is not valuable.
200 links on one page will barely pass any link juice. Only get a link on it, if the page is highly related to your site
So if the page has a PR4 its no use getting link from it as it has got very little juice to pass on!! Is it this true so posting on blogs with the link and signature won't at all benefit seeing the page has a high PR but there are too many outbound Links.. please tell more
I'd never turn down a link (as long as the source is of quality). Just keep building and eventually you'll get to pr6-pr7.
How do internal links effect the calculations? What if a site has 50 outbound links and 150 interal links? Do the 150 internal links also dilute the link value? Thank you.
Roughly speaking, the PR is divided up between the 200 outbound and internal links. You'd probably get more PR passed thru from a link on a PR1 page with 20 outbound links.
