Link inside Digg's stories. Counts or not ?

    I have a really interesting question , when I put a link inside a comment on a Digg's story , is this link counts as backlink and can improved my PR ?
    That because I see many stories in Digg with High PR.

    yes that link count, but if there are too many links, then i think no value, on high pr digg pages, you will see alot links that have almost no value.

    It'd be better to find relevant ones to comment on, so even if it's not super high pr, it's relevant, and it will be worth more.

    Can you even put links on comments on digg? it says that you can't do any html
