Link has copyrights?

    What kind of file are we talking about? In most circumstances, if you are going to use another webmasters material, it is always a good idea to ask for permission.

    i am talking about mobile phones downloads, can i put the original link?
    i was planning to host the files on my server, but i dont know if it is legal (hosting mobile phones free files on my server)
