Link from PR8 website ( good quality )

I bought a link from PR8 2 weeks ago but still have no changes with my keyword poition which I put as anchor.
How long does it take to get visiable result ( a keyword in Google well ranking )

 

Google can take some time to update. Try pinging the site using Pingler that is linking to your site, and ping your own site as well. That should help speed up the process. Your aim is to make sure that the search engines are enticed into visiting both sites, and in the end, they will follow that link, thus updating your sites position for your chosen keyword.

PR 8 links always help to increase your ranking but they need some time to update, You should continue with your work and update your websites

 

I dont thinbk pinging could give much response to ur site,u better be patient as google may take some time.If buying a link could be the option for better ranking them all of them have applied it.

Usually I see first results (improvements) after 2 weeks and another change after a month about. A PR 8 site is usually crawled various times daily so a ping would only help if your link is buried deep in the site.

Maybe that link don't have much effect to your ranking. You must have lot of backlinks before you can top in the ranking. Try normal link building it will help in your SEO and it is more cheaper than buying links.

 

i was rank with just 2 days with my anchor text link with two pr 2 sites and i see the result in my google webmaster account. It is strange that your pr 8 do not update your link yet.

 

If you 'brought' the link wont that look bad in Google eyes? Maybe this is why you have not seen any change.

 

Best to have relevant links from pages with the keywords you are trying to rank for in the domain, url, title and in the page text. Good luck and hopefully it was not wasted money (which I highly doubt unless pr was fake).

 

A PR8 site backlink definitely helps pass big link juice if it is dofollow however this does not follow that you will get to rank immediately. There are a lot of factors to consider still. The authority rank of your site before you acquired the pr8 link...my fingers aching now

 

One link ain't worth JACK SH*T, Don (unless maybe it's a homepage link). Then it can take weeks to months to make any difference.
