Link exchange with P3+ travel related website

    I am having my website http://www.traveltamanna.com which is page rank 3 and is travel and hotel related. Page ranking can be improved by link exchanging with related and quality website like our website. Link exchange should not be done with website below page rank 3, this is what I feel.
