are these sites any good for building backlinks and if so does anybody know which are the better ones to use
well not all of their free linkbacks are of any good. Free link back would have around 5% worthwhile sites
you can simply post under link exchanges forum under buy sell trade section here you can get a lot of websites for link exchanging with you
Link Vault is good, if you want automated exchanges with categorised websites which are not reciprocal. Receive Links is also very good, potentially better if you like to see where your links go to/from. Cryo.
I have heard many things about the auto link exchange programs and have tried a few myself..needless to say if they aren't related to the same category as your site..they really don't do much.... From my experience if you want to rank high in the se's then get good, quality, one-way (if possible) links to your site. The automated link exchanges have tons of categories and most of the links you are getting from it don't have PR, and aren't even related to the same category as your site..on top of that, they will be reciprocal...don't see that doing much good personally
You have a point... but it depends on you how you can get your links. by the way the thread is all about on where you can get a links. that's why we post our different suggestions...
