Link Exchange Sites

Are there any good link exchange websites out there? Where you can post a description of your website and allow other webmasters to offer link exchanges with you. I've joined a few, but they are all filled with spam websites, and I end up wading through a bunch spam requests.

Or is link exchange sites not a good way to build links?

 

I use link market and link metro. Work well I would say.

 

There are heaps of way to practice links exchange and actually only few of them (I actually just see one for free exchanges) are working:
"you should find some relevant website willing to build a network with you".

1 good exchange can bring way much more than 1000-10000 crappy links from lost pages.

Free or link exchange both ok.
