Link Exchange Script

    Looking for a good link exchange script [free one]. Want one that makes it automated and validates the link that they added. I have seen some webmasters that have one that displays the top 20 sites on the front page, something like a topsite. Please pm me the link or post here. I am sure others will appreciate this other then me and +rep you for it.
