Link Exchange program that tracks in and out clicks

    What I wan't is a form that webmasters can fill out and it will add them after checking if my link is on their site. And will track the in and out clicks. And also have the top 10 in clicks on my main pages. Like on my friends section of my site www.MediaHustler.com

    Anyone know a good script?
