Does anyone else get annoyed with those annoying requests to exchange links? Its users with little posts, and dont even know what sites you own. Now I just report them to mods. Anyone else?
Sometimes I will respond to those emails saying that I'm not interested, and sometimes I will delete it upon receiving it, but they are annoying.
I just got this one the other day: "Hi My company ffwd is currently building a video discovery system. We are in the stage of getting private beta users to 1. help us test our system and provide us with any feedbacks 2. aid us in our video indexing I see that you are a suitable candidate and would like to extend our private beta invites to you. If you are keen, please give me your email and I will send you the invite. Thanks in advance" ___ Me: why am i a suitable candidate? ___ "Is becasue from your post I see that you are a very IT savvy person who is into different hardware as well. We believe that your indepth of the web knowledge could be a valuable beta users for us. We are not just building the video discovery system into the web spaces but also into other gadgets. Like recently we came out with our wii prototype and we are looking to build our system into mobile devices. Hope to see you onboard.
