My SEO provider have mentioned that, they have network in place where he would submit my website to established websites for review and whoever decide to exchange links he would do the exchange for me. The SEO provider also mentions that all website are high PR websites and there are no directories or site farms. I just wonder if there is platform online that offers link exchange based on site parameters. For example if I can pick sites with home page PR 2 and up with, let say, PR1 and up link page with do follow links and MAX 100 link per page. Based on list results I can pick and send request for exchange. I have number of websites that I can offer for exchange with PR 4, 3, 2 Any ideas?
