Link exchange networks

    Does anyone here use linkexchange networks such as linkalizer or link2me, zeen, etc..?

    Was wondering how good these methods are for building PR and GOOD backlinks? Feedback about your own experiences welcome.

    use link market...though i haven't got much with it....but you'll not loose anything just a few on your time if you try it...
