I want to know a free good link exchange management tool, which help to manage link exchange. I want to know from which website my link has been removed and mail me instantly. Please let me know if anyone using such tool.

I don't think that you guys have to do link exchange right now, because may be after exchanging link your website get hurt by Google Algorithm.
I can create a tool on google app engine to check if website has your link or it removed. And this tool will check in those websites every specified time or time frame and email you if link removed.
This is not so, link exchange is very powerful method of link building yet, the thing is you have to do with quality and relevant sites...and it should be slow...
