Link Exchange and iTrader

OK there has been huge problems with iTrader abuse and part of the problem has been avoided with moving anything under $5 into the freebie section and not allowing iTrader.

I just recently seen one member who has a few iTrader and they are all link exchanges. If the problem was buying cheap iTrader, is this not even worse because these people do not even have to spend any money to get iTrader.

Anybody can create a cheap site and offer link exchanges and end up with several iTraders.

Is this not a new way for scammers to get their iTrader up? Maybe this is the next thing that needs to be looked at in order to prevent iTrader abuse.

I know that, but when you look at itrader, it still counts as an iTrader rather you traded or bought or sold. My point is, that when people looks at someone with say 20 iTrader, they look legit even if they did nothing but trade links. Scammers are building iTrader in record time and this seems to be another way to do it quickly.

Then I'd say its the fault of the buyer checking out just the number of iTraders rather checking the iTraders individually. the Buyers have to be a little more alert dont u think so ?

Yes I do and I always have said that. But if we wipe out all trades under $5 so they all end up in freebie section, why would we keep a no money deal where they can leave iTrader? Link Exchanges are technically freebies more than a deal for say $4, right?

But Link Exchanges are not counted as Money Deals! they are Trades, You keep them a Link and and You get a Link in return, whereas Freebies are stuffs that you give people for free and seek nothing in return ;)

So I think iTraders for Link Exchanges are fair enough :)

But deals that involve small amounts of money are money deals not freebies and that was moved to freebies to prevent iTrader abuse because of complaints about buying iTrader. If that is the case, which it is, should they not do the same thing with link exchanges.

It is cheaper, if you were buying iTrader, to put up a blog and exchange links than to buy a bunch of links for $1.00-$4.98. :)

yeah, I have been scammed in freebies, how ironic is that! :(

a couple of dollars*5 user accounts/, starts adding up....

Trades are another issue all together, yes people should check to see if the itraders represent big money or not.

Some morons don't have a site, but yeah, they have an illegal PayPal account that they can buy ten cent itraders with.

    can't leave no feedback, no I can't ;)
