So here is a pretty basic and general question. Let say I drop links to my website with the anchor text: "property management san francisco" "apartment property management san francisco" "san francisco apartments" and my title tags on my website look like: "apartment property management | property management | san francisco" is this proper spider food? I mean my anchor text that I drop with a link to my website don't go in the same order as they do on my title tag, but all the words are present, just in a different order. And also what about "apartment" and "apartments" Thanks.
Your title tag is fine, if you're sure that those words are the best words to optimize the site for: good traffic on those terms + the competition on these words is not too big for your budget/knowledge. When you're building links and in general in SEO it should look natural to google. You're on the right way with this with examples of the anchor texts you gave. But: if you build 100 links let at least 90% of the anchor texts be unique. Diversify in order or only use one word that's in your title together with word(s) that aren't in your title tag. And also what about "apartment" and "apartments": google recognizes that singular + plural are very related... Hope this helps you a bit.
Hi, I believe that still your title tag need some improvements with proper keyword because your title have pipe sign which is not proper as per search engines algorithm. Please put comma instead of pipe line because pipe line takes more space. About your key phrase that you should go with "apartments" instead of "apartment" because that first key phrase has less competition.
Try to start on keyword research. Get the kws that are not too competitive and kws with many searches per day/month. Use https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal to know what is the right kw/s for your niche.
