I don't think there is any software for directory submission you can search it on Google.

 

You can find directory submission or link dump submitter.. via google.. just give a try...

I can't imagine automatically submitting a site to 4500 probably worthless directories will work wonders

 

Directory submission software is a strict no-no.

So very true. Most of the softwares come with a ready database of thousands of worthless directories....

 

Umm, some come with updates and FRESH new directories added to them, but obviously they are not free.
