    Why would you want to? There are scripts specifically for making web directories. There's a list of them in this thread somewhere.

    to get backlink you submit many article to directory. If you submit an article to an directory, you can put your link ( website link) in the last of paragraph . Directory Offer more information (for Free) in your Resource Box. Also, Your Resource Box (or Bio Box), is the place where you can put self-serving links and a sales pitch. It should be about 3-6 lines long and should be written in the third person. (note: Generally you should include no more than two outbound links from your Bio). Also, write your bios in the “third person” as they look more professional and bring more traffic to your site(s)
