I have a link directory as a sub-domain to my site. As I am banned from Yahoo I want to get un-banned and was thinking about either hiding my directory with robots.txt or should i just delete it and lose all the links? I have over 300 links to my site the last time I checked so I really don't want to lose all the work I put into it, but then again I don't want to stay banned from Yahoo. www.napoleon.cc Thanks Fix
How did you get banned from Yahoo? Are you banned from any other search engine? Hiding your directory in your robots.txt file doesn't sound like a good idea. Why do you want to hide it? Are you trying to establish one way links after doing recipricol links with 300 sites?
Dont know why you want to hide it. You have the links on a sub domain witch is considered as another domain as the main domain. Is it www. napoleon. cc ? Its not banned from Y. Can yahoo ban you for your way of linking ? Sounds strange.
I was on seachenginegenie.com and using their tools which said I was banned from Yahoo and in Googles sandbox. Are there results wrong, I hope so. Thanks for you answer and I will try and find out more Fix
