An easy way to get a page listed in google quick is put it on digg. Digg it and it will get indexed almost imediatly. Works like a charm.
But that will not be permanent you need to build backlinks over a period of time to stay top in Google
Yes digg is best thing to be crawl within 4-5 hours. Also if you want people to digg you post send me your email address. I am member of piqq.com
