Link development through link exchange.

    I am doing link exchange of a site, in maximum cases i am getting same IP links, can any one let me know whether same IP links is good or not ? Is there any bad impact for the site, Please let me clear...

    In general, you want to try to avoid getting a bunch of links from the same IP.

    Also, if both of the sites are yours, and are on the same server, using the same IP, Google will discount even further the amount of link juice they pass, if it allows any to pass at all.

    I avoid link exchanges all together. There are better ways to build your backlinks.

    I don't think there will be any negative impact on getting same ip links but, you will not able to feel good changes in SERP. To see massive change in SERP, you have to get links from multiple IPs

    Yup, your right but I prefer a different IP with high PR , do-follow and related.

    You need different IPs. If you didn't, I would have built over 1,000 blogspot and rank number 1 for any keyword I wanted.

    I'm pretty sure that search engines can tell the same IP address, to be on the safe side I suggest getting backlinks from different IPs

    Same IP is not valuable, but it is not bad ;)
