This is actually not an adult site per-se, but it will sell silicone body parts so I guess it falls under that category? The question is, 99.5% of the sites won't accept adult content, so where do you go to get a lot of links/directories/blog posts etc? Thanks for your help in advance!
I'm working on a big link building project for a sensitive topic too, which many people class as spammy sites etc. I must admit, it's quite hard compared to any other website. But I'd recommend building a string of adult sites in your case, with unique content, carefully interlink each of them and always check forums and link brokers for deals. Some people don't really care what websites they link to so just make sure your sites backlinks are clean, and always keep your eyes open!
I think the same thing applies to Drugs/Pills and other Medicine sites out there. You have to exchange links with other sites related to the niche. Also, I think several article sites allow article submissions for these topics, so you can try submitting a few articles there.
How about linking them to plastic surgery sites ? I had a hymenoplasty site once, got a couple of links from plastic surgery sites for it.
