Link Development/PR

    Hi, Is there anyone in this section provides link development service? or is this the correct section for my request? Here's my request.

    I have a restaurant review website for an American city. It is two years old, currently has a PR2. I would like to improve it to PR4. Can anyone here do that? If so, could you please submit your proposal, including the time it expect to take, the cost to me. Payment via PayPal. you will only paid after the PR has been updated to 4.

    Another thing you could do is provide a "Seal of Approval" and if the restaurants have a website, they could apply it to it with a link. Chances are they would slap it on their homepage.

    All you need to do is provide a page with linking code. Make sure the alt/title text of img/anchor have your keywords in there.

    Regardless of the PR of the site, those links would be relevant and located in valuable link territory. It may improve your PR, but more importantly it will improve your rankings.
