Link Development for my site

I am thinking of going with Submitedge for my link development, google indexing and DMOZ listing. I request the members here to give me honest reviews if you have used them. It will help me tremedously. Are they worth the price?

I have gone through submitedge.com link development but these are not good because most of link building directories are not free at all requires reciprocal link and paid link.If you want free high pr directories pls contact with me.
