Link Development for my Blog

I've been trying to get backlinks for my blog at www.onlinestruggle.com and I've been submitting to directories and article submissions websites as well as many social bookmarking sites.

Google says I have no backlinks though and I'm confused with how exactly to get them?

Any help is appreciated as I'm new a this. I've been reading a lot and doing as everyone has been saying on the forums but it hasn't seemed to work or possibly kick in yet.

So I'm now making a thread looking for directed help towards my blog. If you could help me with the actual process of getting backlinks with Google then I could pay some for it.

Let me know guys and gals.

    Thanks, Scott.

It takes a while for Google to show your backlinks. I just ran a check on your website and you don't really have many backlinks that I can see. There were about 6-7 one from DP and a few from blogs.

Article submissions to various outlets, press release, social bookmarking and directory submissions all work. My personal favorites and what I use about 95% of the time is article marketing and press releases.

I think you used the free option of my seo service ( url looks familiar ) so give it some time you will see some decent results from that.

FYI: The link to iptect in your sig is broken.

Ok, I've done a ton of Social bookmarking so I guess it will just take time to appear.

Also thanks for noticing signature link.

    lol. Thanks River.

I may not of made it clear.

I've been doing all the Social Bookmarking, Article Submissions, Directory Submissions, Search Engine Submissions.

I also have some backlinks on other blogs which is why I'm confused why Google shows me at zero?

Well at least Yahoo is showing me for some lol.

I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Also if anyone is doing quick SEO keyword services for reasonable price shoot me a PM please. I wouldn't mind paying for some quick SEO work done on some of my previous "pillar posts"

    Thanks, Scott.

I am not sure what your question is.

    Have you created a link?
