I saw someone develop a great post for real estate sites and wonder if anyone had any insight into a great list or method for these type of sites. The site i run Myislandjob seems to have a hard time being indexed because its lack content.
Add some content about resumes, interviews, etc. Then work on getting links to those pages. Those pages can be what drives traffic to the rest of your site.
