I am into health niche. Would like to interact with those with sites in health niches also. Where do you normally build links for your health sites? are there any good health forums that you can recommend? thanks
Can't think of any off the top of my head, but a quick Google search should give you plenty of different health related forums. (Or, http://www.big-boards.com) A good practice is to find forums that allow you to place a link in your profile, and is "do follow." Then, provide helpful replies, start meaningful threads, etc. You'll get a decent amount of link juice if it's a high PR domain. Plus you'll get the benefit of driving forum traffic to your site.
We are a seo link builder team and according to our experience if you are looking for good rank and traffics from search engines then you have to contact webmasters who have health related site, this process is a bit time consuming but if you are able to get links from related websites then it would be better. Because according to your link anchor text search engines will promote your ranking. Forums support more for traffics and about links you can get additional link from there but you can consider forums posting only for complete link building, you should try all link building ways to get one way links for your website like manual directory submission, article submission, press release submission (Generally helpful in traffics but you can get also some additional backlinks from high PR sites), Social bookmarking (Helpful for traffics but some SBM sites can give you dofollow links also), Niche One-way Link building (As i said that contact health related website's admin and try to get links from there), Forums posting, Blog Posting, Blog commenting and others. If you are looking for brief Idea then you can post here your site url or can PM me your site URL for more details. If you have any question or inquiry related to our services then please feel free to contact us. Thanks
For link juice you should try the Commentluv comment posting. I have a good list that shows up on Google if you search for "commentluv enabled health list" There's a few sites you can get a mix of no follow and do follow links from though don't spam them. Blog Engage, Fit Marker, Amplify is good and you can output it to posterous, blogspot, and wordpress.com blogs for fast low quality links. Organized Wisdom has good link juice, but they never reply when I submit application.
