link command ?

    Is there a way to search who's linking to a certain directory of your website? For example, I want to know who's linking to http://www.mysite.com/a

    There is a certain strings attached after the a. So is there a way to look up that domain but only find websites linking to that page including the a string?

    Sorry if this is confusing but it's hard write down on paper.

    "link:" shows links from a certain url though some SE wont show all links..
