I use Traffic Travis to check my site's backlinks. It'a handy SEO tool that helps with keyword research as well. They have a free version on their site that gives you much of the same functions as the Professional version.

Yahoo site explorer is not showing any backlink is there any other option....

 

I like majesticseo because it's used by some paid link brokers, so I think this tool also good for me to check my blog backlinks.
