    Submit to web directories
    Create an article and submit it to article directories
    Link Exchange with related site.
    Comments on other blog and put your sig.

    web directories is one good and easy source to get one way back links. Then you can search your link exchange partners from the numerous link exchange directories

    You can also buy high PR links, they work better ;) it all depends on your budget.

    There are people here that also offer directory submissions (to 100's directories) is you dont have the time to do it
