    First search for forums and blogs on domestic cleaning service of PR 3+ and then start link building on those blogs and forums regularly.

    If your site is not so large then I would advise you to go for quality rather than quantity. You can get lists of confirmed lists just by doing a little search on the forum as well as Google.PM me for more details and we can work something out.

    at start you should work on Directory submission and social book marking.. those help to get instant back link for your web, but if you find "domestic cleaning service" related websites and make link exchange with them, that work more like above way.

    Try to put your link by doing social bookmarking. It will proves to be very beneficial specially for you site. And also you can do other SEO techniques such as directory submission, blog commenting ect...
