    I'm not specialise in this service but if you can pay well this is what I could offer.
    I can build links for you on forums signature, the link will be on a PR2 and above PAGE not domain or whatever.

    Each PR2 = $1
    Each PR3 = $3
    Each PR4 = $6
    Each PR5 = $10

    It depends on how many I could find, which means these are live fresh found sites/forums/threads.
    As you should know forum posting usually does not need approval, as long as comments are related its fine.
    Only thing is I won't be getting related categories, it's purely for page rank passing purposes.
    This means I will create accounts and post related replies on the forums thread with high page rank.
