i need to know if there is any body who can give the list of free directories that instant approved the links or the website, and the site appears in Google results when checking link back (links:site.com)

I'm not sure you want that...
If they're free AND they instantly approve your link - they will be of low PR.
Why not actually? it's a spammer's paradise...

SEO is the work of patience. To get link from Quality directory you need to wait sometimes few weeks after submission. I will advise you to go for Quality back links.
