    Hello,
I've just started a blog called cipnuf and I need someone to help me.
I'm looking for partner which will drive some traffic to my blog for free. The idea is that the traffic driven to my blog will be increased when your users share my content. The newly generated visitors from this shares will be able to see your links on my blog and you will receive new users.
If there is anyone out there willing to start a friendship and this kind of link building please feel free to send me PM.

To be honest people would rather just send traffic directly to their own site instead of the traffic getting filtered through your site. The Partnership forum might be your best bet to find someone for this.

You should really think of reviewing a little your blog, you may want to have more content, maybe a better design, think of the visitors that will come, for how long they will be staying on your website. Why would they visit your website?
You will have a lot of traffic as soon as you will have quallity content. Then you can start asking left and right for traffic exchange and things like this.
    Good Luck!
